70% came from "sophisticated investors" that Fred knew.
Fred chucked in around $7mil and Freedman (& maybe a couple of others) chucked in around the same amount.

Those "sophisticated investors" sold their shares to you guys at a profit.

So in reality, around 70% of the money that has been used in this project in Israel is your money.
