But as far as ponzi scheme and cap raises go, the very fact that he hasn’t raised capital on market kind of counters the fraud / ponzu scheme in my eyes. I’d have much more concern if he had been raising. In addition I don’t believe there’s been a single post by any of the naysayers that demonstrates how the scheme / fraud might work…particularly as it’s Fred’s and his mates dough primarily? Personally I do think we are close and I’m hopeful that real observable and irrefutable progress will be demonstrated before years end. In the meantime there’s no other choice than to sit and wait.
