Sorry but it was a real concern for me whilst holding a significant number of shares which had been purchased before finding out about this threat - obviously hating anything that can reduce my investment to zero overnight - it actually was the most important catalyst in deciding to liquidate all of my holding - I could have lived(and did) with ordinary Management and the promise of increased taxes by the govt but the remote potential(even if it is less than 1%) of an unforeseen earthquake event tipped my hand into selling out.
