PNN now has a nonbinding agreement with China's biggest battery maker, just like LKE did with FORD and others. In my humble opinion, these MOUs are like mini boosters to prop up share prices while no party has to commit to anything. It's like some drugs you pour into your veins, to feel good. Wow, I think I said too much. Once again the uber bulls of LKE will have their own delusional facts about this as well.
