Easiest 40 bagger, short squeeze imminent, page-761

Hey FB,

I'm thinking that the exclusion of LKE in the ASX200 is what the Shorters are trying so very hard for.....to then allow them to bank on a large inflow of shares coming onto the market from Institutions bringing the price down enough to close out their positions at a lower price point.

They seem to be throwing everything at it over the last couple of days and are using up a lot of ammo to try to achieve this outcome....but they don't seem to be able to bring the price down - only slowing the rise and temporarily capping the price at various points throughout the day. It will be an arm wrestle through the day between Buyers and Sellers. I'm expecting to see them throw everything they have at it in the last hour of trade again, similar to yesterday.

The way I see it, if they cannot bring the price down on no news, what chance do they have of doing so when the expected announcements start to drop over the coming weeks? I think that the timing of these announcements is going to coincide with the ASX200 assessment period and this will ensure that we maintain our spot in the ASX200. This closes the door on their exit strategy and they will have to buy back on market (at a premium) along with everybody else trying to get in on LKE. If an earlier post on these LKE threads is anything to go by, the borrow is getting very limited with at least one source shutting up shop with nothing more to lend.

I'm only speculating - but gee I'd like to see things pan out like that! The Shorters certainly won't. I think that any Shorters out there with an open position would be best served by bighting the bullet, swallowing their pride and closing out their positions before the imminent announcements.
