Just adding my 2c here, my girlfriend who is an Ultrasound tech uses Trophon (Nanosonics) and Visage (PME) as essential technologies for her job. She said Visage is good software, but it "glitches often". Seems like they've got some user experience issues for people using it in their job. Anyway, got me interested in PME. Does anyone understand how much of a moat they have around their software?
