it wouldn't be surprising if a predator (e.g. xstrata et al) has been buying ZFX during this month of woe building up a strategic stake with which to launch a strike once the bid for AGM fails and the market views the ZFX management as being in an untenable position to re-claim lost value or withstand an offer of $13 - 16 (for example) if it's put on the table. as one of probably many angry shareholders, i'd say bring it on!
