The optimal solution lies within a very simple formula . Gaza strip joins Eygpt as an autonomy . The western bank joins Jordan whose 70% of its current population is of Palestinian origines anyway . The new federation should be called something like PAL-JORDAN . The king becomes a symbol only , prime minister is the executive . Syria , mind you , would have to recognise , this new entity , to which it has never , agreed upon .
