The Seven Group scenario is the one that both scares me and encourages me most as:
a) scares me - because its dilution big time (why would KS buy in at 8c when he could set the price just as easily at 5c for that scale of commitment), small guys like us would get frozen out, some "insiders" like Directors, ACG and Dimensional, could get cut-in on the deal (e.g. a right issue, 1.5 for 1 or 2 for 1 @ 5c, underwritten by Seven and selected "insiders")
b) encourages me - because its a real and viable scenario that could actually deliver enough cash to fundamentally alter the SP path for NXS

... the bit that bothers me most is if KS is actually interested, what's the rush ?... he could just wait and maybe he could buy the whole company, or the "firesale" component assets from an Administrator onces the cash runs out. The only real offset to this is that I can't see ACG having not considered this scenario before he plowed in $4.8 million between March and June this year when he was buying in big time.
