Hate to be a pessimist, but is it possible we have not been told everything.
Could it be that the first test well, besides being a duster, revealed that pep11 is not worth pursuing?
The directors have been very quiet on this issue since they made the statement after the first exploratory drill, “that they learnt a lot” from the exercise. What is it that they learnt has been of interest to me, as they never did elaborate.
