They would not renew the license if they thought there would be no HC's.
Problem is the balancing act of funding vs equity.
Maybe they should lower their asking price for farmin.
Maybe they think that the NT wells will pay for the next drill. I dont know.
I agree that the SH need some sort of a plan. And yes, Pep11 is the only reason!!!
