If there is demand for the shares then the price will go up. Regardless of what Mac Bank do or dont do. Demand is low because of the regulatory uncertainty and lack of enthusiasm for gas as a fuel source in Australia at present. Most of it is simply poor PR. I went on a driving holiday in NSW on the weekend and there are plenty of people with 'no coal seam gas' stickers on their cars. Right now gas has an image problem in this country. I dont think the low sp is specifically related to CTP. It is industry wide.
