Thanks for your interesting response. I've been in ipt long enough about 7 years to take everything with a large grain of salt. When this Lake Hope opportunity started I commented wondering how long it would be before it was forgotten like everything else. It's been surprisingly long lived so far. Maybe something will come of ipt one day. Maybe not. Currently in the green so I'm not complaining.
