This has now hit a new 12 month high on good volume. It will appear on a number of scans some people routinely do.... High, Volume and trending chart. Any additional good news will turbo things.
The fact it also is trading at the strike price of the options (2¢ with 6 weeks to expiry) alleviates concerns about any CR so long as it can do just a little bit better (158M oppies = $3.16M which is plenty for IPT at the moment with ~$2M still in the bank).
