Not going to happen.
US will accede to Russian security guarantees as reputational cost of that is significantly less than doing SFA (sanctions, arming rebels) in the case of an actual invasion (not to mention financial cost). US would also retain control of Ukraine in acceding to the guarantees as opposed to an invasion, where control would be lost for the foreseeable future.
