You see the problem you have is when doing a cap raise the brokers need to know what pending news the sophisticated placement holders can sell into
At the moment management has none,hence the latest announcement and road shows
They need to at least start a drill bit turning or announce the imminent starting of
Till then stalling share price (great for the VWap )
