East Tenement / Brazil Tenement discussion, page-6

I'll try to keep this simple for easy understanding. In summary, there is language in a doco (in bold further below) which LRS submitted to the Mines Dept a few days ago which is very suggestive of some sort of ownership of the East tenement. This is purely my interpretation and includes the use of google translate, buyer beware. I also encourage everyone to check the source docos (included below) for themselves, and arrive at their own independent conclusion.

Details:
There is a tiny (8 metres wide and 860m long) tenement (831504/2022) sitting between our Colina Tenement (830691/2017) and the eastern tenement (which many LRS holders believe is in LRS's interests to acquire (830833/2001).

A few months ago we applied to the Brazil Mines Dept to become owner 831504/2022. My assumption is that this tiny sliver of land was never owned by anyone and sat as 'no mans land' between Colina and the east tenement. Our application of a few months ago was rejected because the land itself is too small to fit the requirements of what the mines dept considers minimum size for a tenement to be granted.

More recently (few days ago), we applied for reconsideration of our application (see link below and sort the documents by date).

It's all in Portugese so I've used google translate, but here is a section of the doco which seem to infer that we (LRS) ... (through it's subsidiary entities in Brazil) are the owners as follows:

"That is, given that all research areas adjacent to the research area research in question, represented by Administrative Proceeding No.831.504/2022 are owned by the Claimant, there are no third parties involved in the situation."
