    i have heard from a few places that the resource mix of oil/bitumen products and gold/copper is an odd one for a company to hold.

    there's no reason why it can't be done, it's just.... not common i guess. because the expertise required for the different deposits is, well, vastly different.

    but beyond that, and let's take a fictional walk down a copper rich Georgina path for a moment, for me I believe if one asset was to be disposed of, it'd likely be alpha and GRV would retain Georgina as it'd be the jewel in the crown.

    I can't see under what circumstances it'd be legitimately good business sense to dispose of Georgina? unless ofc, as I mentioned, it's a decision based on a hostile take over.

    but tbh these are all best case hypotheticals. it's not really appropriate for the company to be addressing these concerns just yet. but I'm sure they will in due course.
