    My advice would be Don't buy a house now. IMO Get ready for the Deflation Bloodbath. Everything is about to unwind.
    The whole system is held together with String! IMO
    Gold is the Canary in the Room. The Canary is dead.
    I only had 35k Spot price in gold. not any more lol
    At least I was smart enough to buy the Kind of gold you wear. Soon house prices will dive Everyone will head for cash. Cash is King. Even though its just paper ponzy money.
    Every one will be looking for Cash from now on. In My Bleak Opinion.
