That is a very small frontage for an 8 unit lot.

Also Oats Street is not the best location. It is a main road through the area which is on the boarder of a light industrial area. The units will not fetch the same price (or rent) as the units in the nicer streets of East Vic Park such as Westminster Street etc.

The real estate agents will probably show you unit sales in the area. A unit on Oats Street will be worth a lot less. It would be one of the worst (if not the worst) locations in East Vic Park. I grew up in East Vic Park and know the area pretty well.

Location, Location, Location.

I think the property is over priced and there are better development blocks elsewhere
