    Press reports say Federal Government are developing an energy policy statement for October release. Infrastructure spending may be disclosed and directed to Bowen Basin pipeline idea and / or Amadeus to Moomba pipeline proposal. Federal Government could give half cost of pipeline at CPI paid back over 20 years ?
