I'm not sure if Easter next year is really a meaningful point in time to consider the full potential of the lyc share price. Unfortunately I'd suggest a price of around 85c based on the following achievements and ongoing issues.

Achievements:
-First successful production of Rees from the plant (albeit in very small quantities);
-Validation of the plant processes by the aelb;
- successful completion of phase 2 of the lamp;
- dismissal of the judicial review (although it will be appealed to a higher court no doubt).
-first sale of lamp products (very small volumes)
-molycorp delays ph2.
- malaysia approves sale of gypsum products.

Issues:
- Malaysian election not held till June 13 creating continuing political uncertainty;
- persistent low pricing of Rees leaves the mt weld basket sub $40;
- court appeal awaiting;

As a 3yr pus holder I'm expecting 13/14 fin year to be much better with the election over, plant ramp up and global economic improvements underway (china in particular).

So...by Easter 2014 I'm hoping to see a price around $1.70. A year after that 2.50 plus.
