Your problem is that you have not been granted a sufficiently long life time to see a completely new species emerge.
To see a species in the process of emerging look in a mirror.
I suggest that you visit the Cradle of Humankind in South Africa and although you probably won't believe in human evolution you may understand why so many biologists do.
