In a medium saucepan simmer for a short while:
A packet of chicken necks or snapper bones.
A teabag of herbs.
A little minced ginger if desired.
A few splashes of soy sauce.
A few splashes brandy or sake.
Serve.
Mix in a little cream mixed with egg yolk.
Be careful not to scramble the egg.
