PTS cannot sell...their shares are escrowed for 24 months from listing...as are their optons.
However, even if they were not escrowed, they would not sell, take it from me.
PTS works on a model of acquiring projects, doing the early ground work, then JV to other parties...therefore they cannot do that AND develop the Eastern Iron properties (even directors need a life), which is why they spun it off.
