    I am interested in this deal through my holding in CFE. I think T Sage is stretching things a bit to call this an acquisition. It seems more like a back door ASX listing for EP - Timis has backed EP into IGC loaded up with 2/3 of the shares and got control. Please tell me if I have got it wrong. Thanks.
