As it is currently simultaneously 1) being re-rated for a near 50% improvement in volume outlook, 2) recovering from market woes, 3)recovering from the exit of "hot and foolish" nickel money I struggle to see why anyone would be hopeful to ever buy below these levels again.
As for buying at $13, goodluck, I think you will need heaps of it!
