I don't think you realise just how massive a change that is. Yes, a WHOLE degree in 100 years, on average. That means much, much more than a WHOLE degree in many places and times - and heatwaves every year here in Australia that before only happened once every handful of years.
You denialists really haven't thought this one through, because you can't seem to comprehend the difference between a one degree hotter day (which is less significant), and heating the entire atmosphere up by one degree on average (which is hugely significant).
Aside from that, a one degree change due to a Milankovich cycle takes millennia to happen, not a mere hundred years. I know that seems like a long long time to a human, but it's not very long even in the history of our species.
