If I didn't have to fork out circa $30k cash to add old-aged mother to overseas Medicare system & also reserve funds to buy property, would have loved to top up and gain post Announcements.
Oh well. What can one do? Wealthy just become even more wealthier at discounted SP of various stocks during cycles on exchanges. Retail investors just have to slog their way through such hurdles.
