Most people are in for a quick buck and come and go as the share price rises and falls. Bert and Keaton only make 95k a year in salary, and the rest in stock. That is far less than I make in a year for a far less stressful job. These guys are not in it for a quick buck but believe in the product. Furthermore, they just set their next bonus for 10m downloads. Advertising and marketing have stopped while they analyze the data so far and launch a major update.
