At the moment I am taking a punt with a less than 10% stop loss, the reason for that was I saw a lift in the Gold price that had the look of a hint of sustainability, KCN moves fast and hard when it bounces.

Of course if I'm wrong which is more than likely I will slip out without incurring any real damage, but if I happen to be right the upside could be impressive, the odds are against me of course but the upside is attractive enough for the gamble.

I do not believe QE3 will be tapered and I do not believe that all is as well with the US economy as is being portrayed, the amount of margin debt is at a record high.

They had a go at suggesting a Taper some months ago and the market almost went into a panic just at the suggestion and the 10 year treasury bond yield spiked dangerously. The FED will say that fundamentals still do not support a reduction.

If kicked out of KCN, I will watch and wait for another opportunity either here or with RRL.

That is my 2 cents, DYOR, I like to gamble.
