lots of members have not recognised, that the chinese demand 20 plus uranium reactors asap, AREVA, shareholder in SMM and sowith PDN, is contracted with the construction and projectmanagment, AREVA have to move forward, its only a matter of time, when the fed / state labor governments get themselves sorted out and all DYL / SMM / PDN tenements go active here and overseas........
