Because anything that gets backed into it can make a real winner. However most just lie dormant and die. Not so easy with this one as you have litigation a dormant piece of land and buildings that had not been operated for years so running costs and potential conflict.
Looking beyond that is however a very small company that has few shares so not a lot to pay to get control ...
