Before announcement A2 was trading at 33.5x EBITDA.
Today we find out sales will be $1.75b and EBITDA margins 200Bp higher than their last guidance.
$1.75 x 200 Bp = $35m
$35m x 33.5x = $1.2b
$1.2b / 735m shares = $1.60 of gain per share if is trades on same value as yesterday.
So today all else being equal, or if we had announced on a strong market day we should be trading at $Au19.90 or $NZ21.
That's all before you give them any credit for being one of the only companies upgrading at moment.
