vlw has been a sound investment for me to diversify my portfolio into property together with cwp. i bought at 2.20 late last year and have seen a nice sp gain and hinky dividend. in the current peak of the property cycle though its hard to throw more at vlw as a retail incestor at 2.25 or on the market.
you are right though that 2.25 is a good deal, especially if the market sp stays above 2.35.
i suspect it will be oversubscribed.
