    While the short term outlook for VLW seems good, their mid-long term looks iffy.
    They have paid too much for the clyde property, and their other purchases in Wollert (Bodycoats Road) and Plumpton (Sinclairs/Taylors Rd) aren't significant landholdings either.
    VLW seems to be focussing on house and land packages, as opposed to land only.
