their southeast queensland corridor purchase last year was a good one long term but will take a while to come to fruition.
they are good operators and extract good earnings from their investment of capital, but they are at the mercy of the cycle which is the only thing cooling my desire to buy more.
im happy holding but i would have it as a large part of my portfolio at this point in the cycle.
