This led to CCP being engaged to provide 24/7 wireless automated temperature monitoring at Club premises, rather than continuing with traditional paper-based manual checking methods, which can be unreliable. Mr Chicoine, CCP Network North America’s President, commented that: “Automated continuous temperature monitoring of refrigeration is far more reliable than manual checks. In using CCP’s low-cost Internet of Things (IoT) technology, Mendakota has immediately reduced its business risk”.
