Well close to 10% of the 12.5Mill CR will be going to Admin / Rem for all staff / dr's etc which is a big hit for 12 months. Also there are 35Mill Performance Shares and I for one want them to get the company to the point getting to those KPI's to enable this. Maybe Salaries should be tied to performance.
Problem is the votes on the register will probably keep the status quo...
