This is very topical given the forthcoming AGM - gives a lot of oxygen to querying the Chair and CEO on the remuneration packages they have given themselves, and presumably want to continue going forward.

Interestingly, the article states:-

"Over the past three years, TNG Limited has seen its earnings per share (EPS) grow by 27% per year. Its revenue is up 23% over the last year"

I don't thinks this is actual earnings, as the company has not produced anything. I presume the money just comes from capital raisings.

Anyway, read the article it's not flattering.
