the reality is there is a upper and lower limit for property.

yes there is a limit both sides.

its very easy to calculate this limit, bottom end is cost to produce the house+land, top end is how much the population can pay.

do the maths and you can see property is now very much snug up into the top end.

everything goes in cycles, EVERYTHING.

so why is it that having your eyes open to these simple basic facts and seeing this taged as bearish and dooms dayer and no interest in property?

surly its just pointing out the obvious
