Agree, My point about the disclosure. They could conceivably be 'sufficiently aware' to discuss and possibly late to pay their final invoice (or whatever). That could be strategic good bad or indifferent. I think the quarterly was upbeat, so I take the view that if they're dragging its potential a good thing (Lux can differ, thats fine). WB made the point about belief (questionably) but non the less, its valid.

But.. imo we are better off conceding what is assumptive l, bcs it leads to the next stage of analysis
