That is definitely not down ramping and definitely noy talking the stock down either- it is telling the truth.

Not sure about your reasoning about shorting - it has never been an issue with BIT. BIT is actually too small an enterprise to attract shorters.

The management put out the timelines - and used the language. I suspect it is fair to criticise them for doing do and question why they have not kept promises made.
