What have the CROs been doing for long after they have received the trials data?

Can you elaborate what the fa...y la..y ceo (Michelle) should do to deal with the CROs that are primarily holding the data for analysis.

She advised the market of the headline results by mid-2023, in coming weeks since Sep 2023. Micehlle is now repating coming weeks and " data are primarily in the hands of the CROs, and it is outside Biotron's control to push them or similar..."
What should Michelle do to deal with the CROs? Can you email Michelle by advising her what to do in dealing with the CROs?
