    Question arises over whether a CTAP approval can be held back as part of contract negotiations.
    Is there a value to final price achievable?Also the value to holders when comparing an outright company sale including all assets may be likely to be substantially less than licensing and ongoing payments based on product sales.
    Who knows? Are we all too frustrated to care?
