They are not just shareholder they are "substantial shareholders" and will likely hav an impact on the stability / credibility of CVI stock.

I am interested to see if such stability / credibility is positive or negative.

Naturally I would prefer BHP as a substantial shareholder but might have to settle for these companies instead, one of which ,according to Companies house documents, is three months late in filing its return.
