Short sellers are an important part of the market with an added bonus of helping a stock price to overshoot on the downside, which helps create great opportunities for anyone with a good grasp of a company's real valuation.
I don't think we will get as big a dividend next half but this stock remains a cornerstone in my portfolio. My rough guide for MFG is market cap at 10% of FUM. This may change as more retail money flows in from AMP etc.
