JORC has to be close IMO, and then the FML, both are required for BR.
Extract from Jan 28th re prior quarter release.
“Due diligence for the BlackRock Royalty Agreement is progressing with completion of the definitive terms sheet envisaged for the current quarter. Deliverables associated with the BlackRock Agreement includes a JORC Mineral Reserve and receipt of key regulatory approvals, both of which are expected to complete on time as outlined in the provisional schedule below”
The schedule included listed the BR deliverables Q1/Q2 so whilst term sheets may be completed the agreement with BR cannot be confirmed without JORC update and FML, which is projected Q1/Q2. (End June latest)
