I agree, can't substantiate it, but for the last 50 years I have never peeled any food and have had a very illness free life. However, I have ingest ed garlic, chillis and ginger, plus tumeric and pepper, along with a small onion every morning for all of those 50 years. I have not got Covid even though I am nursing my 5th case here in my home this week. Am I immune?? or is my daily dietry ritual my constant booster? The ingredients listed above are core to anything that I cook, however, the diversity of end-product is phenomenal - many stir fry variants, multitudinous nasi-goreng clones, pasta dishes galore, many many dahls,
