myself I have found the most welcome gift has been Chilli Jam
which I would never never guessed at
and why, because
most people have never eaten this jam
and its not obtainable in the stores
my best reaction was from a 91 year old lady
she was excited and stated she had not tasted chilli jam for decades,
it really made my day, made everything and effort from the growing to the cooking very worth while
some thing so simple has bought enjoyment to numbers of people
and myself in giving
maybe people enjoy because its a gift or just maybe its getting back to what might be described as old fashioned foods
of goodness ?
because, say my olive breads are in demand, some what from my Greek background mates and their families
